Celebrating Excellence at TWU

At Texas Woman’s University, we recognize that our employees are the heart of our institution. Our Employee Awards and Recognition Ceremonies honor the dedication, talent, and impact of the faculty and staff who boldly show up each day and exemplify TWU’s values.

Through a variety of award categories, we celebrate achievements in innovation, leadership, service, collaboration, and excellence; recognizing outstanding individual contributions, team accomplishments, and long-term service. These programs highlight the many ways TWU employees make a meaningful difference in our campus community and beyond.
